​ "My father (Walter O Rogers) founded our family agency in upstate New York (1972), home to diary farms and hard working tradesman.  He'd answer client calls in the night often rushing to a barn or house fire.  When people had a bad loss he would be right there for them, spending late hours carefully explaining what needed to be done.   People knew "Walt" cared and treated you like family.  Just to make sure he always gave the best insurance advice, he'd read every product update, study markets, and overly attend classes/seminars. Basically making sure he was looking out for his clients (who he regarded as an extended family) in every manner possible.

Walt (Bunky) was my mentor (even best man) and today we make every effort to maintain our expertise and take care of our clients in the same manner as he did. Making sure each has the right coverage at an affordable price and answers to every question are clearly explained.   If a claim is made, we're elbow to elbow with our insureds, whether it's pressing adjusters to  insure all damages are properly covered or that costs meet area contractors pricing, not the carriers database figures..
